Estate Cabernet Sauvignon bottle

A bold estate Cabernet Sauvignon that’s deep in aroma and flavour, and bolstered from 20 months’ ageing in 40% new French oak barrels. The nose showcases cedar, mint, black cherry, and tobacco. The palate is dense with black currant, elegant tannins, and clove. Ideal with roasts like leg of lamb or beef, duck with mushrooms or aged cheese.
