This blend of Albarino and Verdejo captures the terroir of Terravista’s vineyard on the Naramata, with its stony-sandy glacial till soil. Boasting lemon, peach and pear notes, the palate is clean, carrying just a whisper of wet stone. A small twist of lime makes for a clean finish. Steamed shellfish, herby pasta or veal with lemon sauce are ideal matches.
