This Okanagan Valley specialty blends Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) with a touch of Merlot (15%), giving off aromas of dark berries and smoky oak. A Cherry fruit palate, with a finish that coasts on both brisk acidity and fine tannins, it’s a classic expression of cabernet in a cooler year. Can be cellared, but feel free to enjoy it now with char-grilled red meats. Interestingly closed in both cork and screw-cap, to allow wine lovers to compare evolution.
