Sperling Vineyards sits atop 45 acres of land just off Pioneer Road. Fitting, since the history of Sperling Vineyards is intimately connected to the Casorso Family, true pioneers in the BC wine industry since the 1800s. Viticulture and agriculture are synonymous with the Casorso name, and winemaker Ann Sperling (granddaughter of Casorso pioneers) continues this strong heritage. Today, the vineyard features plantings of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Blanc, as well as unusual grapes Marechal Foch and fragrant Perle of Csaba. Sperling Vineyards is growing in stature, adding Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to support the production of premium sparkling wines. Sperling is about family, hard work, and a tradition of producing enduring wine.
