Your online orders and wine deliveries are shipped directly from our retail store.
If you live in other provinces, you can place an order for pickup from our retail location in Vancouver, BC.
Provincial law requires that we collect proof that wine was delivered to an adult (19+). Wine delivery will require an adult (19+) to be present to sign for the delivery and provide government-issued ID.
Customers can return flawed or unopened wine for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase provided there is at least 75% of the wine remaining in the original bottle. In the case of flawed wine, New District will pay for the return shipping fees.
We can provide an exchange or refund (in the original method tendered) on unopened wine provided the bottle is in resalable condition and subject to up to a 15% restocking fee. This means that the wine must be unopened (caps/seals/labels/original packaging/no visible tampering) and undamaged. You will be advised of the restocking fee (up to 15%) when obtaining a return authorization and customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We do not provide returns on wines that have been opened due to your personal preference. Taste in wine is subjective and all new wine needs to be approached with an open mind and taken as an adventure and learning experience.
Customers can return their wine to our retail location in person or via FedEx or UPS to our warehouse location after receiving a return authorization. If the wine was delivered to you in our delivery vehicle we will arrange to pick it up when you obtain a return authorization. For wine that is flawed and needs to be returned, New District will pay for the return shipping fees. For wine that is unopened with the bottle in resaleable condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee may apply which you will be advised of when obtaining a return authorization.
