Your online orders and wine deliveries are shipped directly from our retail store.
If you live in other provinces, you can place an order for pickup from our retail location in Vancouver, BC.
Provincial law requires that we collect proof that wine was delivered to an adult (19+). Wine delivery will require an adult (19+) to be present to sign for the delivery and provide government-issued ID.
Customers can return flawed or unopened wine for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase provided there is at least 75% of the wine remaining in the original bottle.
We can provide an exchange or refund (in the original method tendered) on unopened wine provided the bottle is in resalable condition. This means that the wine must be unopened (caps/seals/labels/original packaging/no visible tampering) and undamaged.
We do not provide returns on wines that have been opened due to your personal preference. Taste in wine is subjective and all new wine needs to be approached with an open mind and taken as an adventure and learning experience.
Customers can return their wine to our retail location in person or via FedEx or UPS to our warehouse location after receiving a return authorization.
Depending on the size of your purchase, a 10-15% restocking fee could be applied. You will be advised of this when obtaining a return authorization.
