Quails' Gate

The Stewart family has been experimenting with advanced horticultural techniques in the Okanagan Valley since 1908. In 1989, Ben and Ruth Stewart took those generations of knowledge and channeled them into the establishment of Quails’ Gate. The winery’s 180 acres of vineyards include some of North America’s most sought-after Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blocks. And by using remote video viewing stations, the Stewarts have been able to cut back on chemical applications and conserve water — just another example of the pioneering spirit behind Quails’ Gate.
