Haywire Sauvignon Blanc by Okanagan Crush Pad was made with minimal intervention, and underwent five and a half months of relatively warm fermentation. Complex and intriguing, this wine has an enticing nose of sage, celery, truffle, pineapple, pear, cantaloupe, apricot and capsicum. The full and oily palate consists of refreshing grapefruit and minerality.
