Made in a stainless steel tank and concrete “egg” as a means of preserving minerality and acidity, this Riesling ceased fermentation naturally, without interference. A hint of sweetness is accompanied by lemons, lime and bracing Okanagan minerality, delivering a trademark Riesling zing.
