Haywire The Bub bottle

Sourcing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from cool-climate sites in Oliver and Summerland, Crush Pad has produced a unique, bottle-fermented sparkling wine. Fresh and lively, with warm bread and crisp apple aromas, the Bub was created by winemaking mastermind Jordan Kubek. Excellent paired with soft cheeses or fresh oysters, or enjoyed on its own. Available in either standard of half-sized “Baby Bub” bottles.
