One hundred per cent harvested from Crush Pad’s Switchback Vineyard, these Pinot Gris grapes were harvested on October 21, pressed, and put in an 800-litre amphora to be fermented by their own wild, native yeast. A little extra skin contact gives this wine a peachy hue. Expect notes of pear, herbs and subtle redcurrant, with a lingering finish. Best served at slightly below room temperature, not fully chilled.
