Nichol produced two barrels of Pinot Gris that stood above the rest, and decided to bottle them in the aptly named “Two Barrels” Pinot Gris. Aromas of fresh white tree fruit, warm spices, and melon lead to a dense mid-palate that is concentrated, but not heavy. With only 40 cases, this vintage is equal parts scarce and spectacular.
