This special Pinot Gris has a delicate sunset pink hue from a touch of skin contact. Naramata-grown vines ranging from 26 to 10 years of age offer up intense scents of peach pit, apricot, ginger, and apple skin, with a medium bodied palate of citrus and orchard fruit. A jolt of pink grapefruit acidity brings freshness on the finish. Glorious with food, try with smoked salmon pizza, spicy fish tacos or soft cheese.
