Moraine’s Red Mountain is a mix of Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc (30%), and Malbec (30%), nurtured for optimal temperature control, tannin, and aromatic extraction. The new oak aging process brings out dark cherry, plum, and black currant aromas. This wine should be decanted while young, and paired alongside beef tenderloin, bbq ribs, or venison.
