Marionette from Salmon Arm BC used grapes from Peachland to make its Pinot Noir 2014. Oak free fermentation leads to tobacco leaf and black pepper flavours.
Peachland’s Tenacious Vineyards was sourced to produce Marionette’s Pinot Noir. The fermentation process is free of oak, instead opting to harness the naturally fermented flavours. Tobacco leaf evolves into black pepper flavours, with a long, caramel finish.
