Extravagance and balance defines this Black Sage Bench Ava 2015, which harmoniously blends Viognier (52%), Roussanne (40%) and Marsanne (8%). Maturing vines bring out the notes of nectarines, peaches, apricots, tropical pineapple, and crab apple. A careful barrel regimen of old, new and large format oak adds layers of texture and complexity. Rich enough to pair admirably with wild mushroom risotto, roasted chicken and stuffing, or triple cream cheese.
