Lariana produces handcrafted wines sourced from Osoyoos. The Twelve 2012 combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Carmenere. Ripe dark fruit taste.
Lariana’s Twelve 2012 is a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Syrah (25%), Merlot (21%), and Carmenere (1%). Dark in colour and aromatic on the nose, the Twelve has notes of plum, black cherry, chocolate, and spice. These aromas translate well to a palate that is ripe with a delicious array of sweet red and black fruits. The soft round finish is generous and satisfying, with a tannic structure that provides an elegant structure. Legendary winemaker Senka Tennant would agree with pairing this refined wine with prime roast beef, herb-marinated roast leg of lamb, or fine aged cheese.
