The Plein de Vie Brut embodies the unique terroir of the Okanagan Valley by blending classic champagne grapes Pinot Meunier (40%), Pinot Noir (20%), and Chardonnay (40%). The wine is made in the prosecco method, where the second fermentation occurs in temperature controlled tanks. The nose bursts with fresh strawberries, leading to flavours of cranberry, sage, and biscuit. Gorgeously balanced with lush fruit, frisky acidity and a whisper of sweetness on the delicious, creamy finish.
