Joie Farm’s is harkening back to the old world with its “Passe-Tout-Grains,” or PTG, which seamlessly blends Pinot Noir (45%) and Gamay (55%). The nose brings together aromas of raspberry and white pepper spice. Not to be outdone, flavours of raspberry fruit, wild thyme and sage burst onto palate. Pairs well alongside game meat, salmon, and grilled lamb.
