The Gold Hill Cabernet Franc was aged 16 months in French Oak. Medium- to full-bodied palate with flavours of cocoa, black currant, herbaceous, spice, anise, pepper, and a lasting minerality. This wine goes great with lighter cut meats, like pork or duck, as well as soft cheeses such as aged cheddar and aged asiago.
