This all-Pinot Noir from two different Naramata vineyards. Most of the grapes were fermented in stainless steel while the remaining 20% were fermented in French oak barrels. This results in a dry, bright red wine with aromas of strawberry, Bing cherry and orange peel. Finishing with cleansing acidity, this is a serious rose built for food.
