Eighteen-year-old vines were the source for this lemon coloured Chardonnay. The nose combines citrus and stone fruits with a telltale touch of spice from careful fermentation in French oak casks. This translates well to the palate, which brings together rich layers of spice, green apple, and citrus fruits on a lengthy and flavourful finish. It’s built for luxurious dishes like Dungeness crab with drawn butter, lobster risotto or salmon Wellington.
