Emandare is the honoured owner of the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyard on Vancouver Island. This 100% estate wine is concentrated and fruit-forward, with flavours of sweet orchard fruit, ripe melon, kiwi, and lime on the palate. A labour of love, owners Mike and Robin Nierychlo nurtured abandoned vines back to immaculate health, and converted this venerable vineyard to dry farming and organic cultivation. The winemaking is just as pure and intervention-free, so you can taste the essence of a special site and mature, balanced vines.
