Emandare blended Cabernet Libre (40%), Tempranillo (30%), Foch (17%), Carmenere (8%), and Malbec (5%) to make the stainless steel fermented Rosé 2015. The ripe palate consists of wild berries, succulent cherries, and fresh watermelon. Elegant and fresh, it's complete enough to sip solo, but has the weight and complexity to make a fine dinner rosé.
