Hypothesis bottle

A bold but elegant blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Hypothesis captures the terroir of several of Culmina’s high-altitude vineyard micro-blocks. Dark fruit, spice and floral aromas follow through on the palate, densely structured and complemented by fine tannins as well as toasted oak and red plum flavours. The finish is long and persistent. Try pairing with braised short ribs, seared duck breast or roasted beets.
