Dense and layered aromas of cedar, blackberry, cassis, and black pepper burst forth on the nose, while the palate consists of blackberry, raspberry, red currant, and soft tannins. This bold blend is a natural with steak au poivre, beef wellington, bison, or grilled tenderloin.
