Clos des Fous
Clos des Fous is about collaboration. Four unique minds–Pedro Parra, Francois Massoc, Paco Leyton, and Albert Cussen–bring their unique experiences and expertise together to fully extract the variety of the Chilean terroir. The focus goes beyond just Bio Bio, the home of Pedro Parra, with the vast regions of Chile represented, including the Pucalàn, Coya, Grillos Cantores, Tato, Terra Azul, San Rosendo 1914, and Traiguén vineyards. Diverse microclimates and regional variability makes the search for ideal conditions challenging, but it is something the collective takes seriously. Pedro Parra, a world-famous wine geologist also works in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia.
