This vibrant, straw-coloured blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier shows perfumed notes of white peach, nectarine, marzipan, vanilla, lemon crème and acacia flowers. These follow through on the palate via creamy mouthfeel and flavours of yeast, honey, lanolin and oak wrap around a bright, acidic core. An excellent accompaniment to halibut, crab or risotto. Will open up even more over the next few years.
