Chaberton Estate Winery uses grapes grown in the Okanagan, Similkameen Valley, and their own estate in Langley to produce wines of distinction, winning awards in Canada, Europe, and the United States. Anthony Cheng and Eugene Kwan bring their business acumen and knowledge of winemaking, with Cheng overseeing the blending and finishing of Chaberton’s wine. Elias Phiniotis serves as the consulting oenologist and presides over the development of their red wine. Since its early days of producing German white varietals, Chaberton has expanded its selection to include over 20 different wines. The diverse range includes Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Siegerrebe, Bacchus, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rose.
