Penticton’s Bench 1775 blended Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon to produce Sauvignon Blanc 2015. Gooseberry, grapefruit, and melon flavours on the palate.
The award-winning Sauvignon Blanc by Bench 1775 is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (90%) and Semillon (10%). Aged in stainless steel, this vintage has a palate of gooseberry and grapefruit, with melon on the finish. The bright acidity makes it a great complement to B.C. oysters.
