Sourced from one of Naramata's historic vineyards, this beautifully balanced sweet wine is made from mature Merlot grapes. Picked late in January, long hang time on the vine results in a wine rich in dried fruit characteristics: raisin, caramel and dried plum, balanced with bright acidity and a nuanced sweetness. This is fabulous when paired with dark chocolate desserts or even savoury dishes like fois gras, aged cheeses, or Chinese pork dishes.
