Fifteen months’ ageing in French Oak brings out aromas of plum, raspberry, violet, tobacco, and tangerine. The medium bodied palate offer flavours of dried cherry, strawberry, tea, nutmeg, and clove. With a finish of earthy minerality and finesse, this Pinot Noir pairs admirably with salmon, duck, and wild mushroom risotto.
